Mmm, Cereal

So Daddy was really excited to give me new food and Mom finally consented. Turns out this is incredibly tasty stuff! I nursed and then chowed down on three tablespoons of whole grain organic rice cereal. From the second bite I followed the spoon where ever it went with an open mouth ready for more.
Where did it all go? The cheerios are just for me to play with and practice picking tiny things up.

I'm Six Months!

I am officially 1/2 a year old! I have become Momma's little man on the move over these last few weeks - never staying where I'm set. I wiggle, scoot, army crawl my way over to any sort of trouble I can get into. Under Kelsea's table, pulling books or boxes down from the shelf onto my head, turning off the computer by pressing that pretty light, attempting to chew on electrical cords, chasing Emma and Jacob so that I may talk to and chew on them, sticking ANY thing found in arm's reach into my mouth - these are my joys!

Go Hockey!

Kelsea is teaching me how to cheer for Uncle Rich at his hockey games.

Oh Daddy

Well, Daddy thought it might be time to introduce solid foods. He thought that whole brown rice was a good start. This was a one time occurrence, after which Daddy agreed that Luke was not quite ready for solids!

Great Grandmother Miles

Came to visit us!

Adams Squint

Look familiar?

I'm 5 months old!

I am now five months old! My first tooth came through today, on the bottom and the second one is not far behind. I can roll both ways, army crawl, sometimes push up on my knees and get my bottom high in the air, grab, hold and shake toys and put EVERYTHING in my mouth. Sometimes I pee in the potty after breakfast and naps (This is called EC-http://www.diaperfreebaby.org/) the rest of the day I use diapers. I'm nursing about every three hours during the day and twice at night (9 or 11 and about 3am) and take two long naps and one short catnap before dinner. I can blow raspberries now too, but mostly I'm too busy wiggling to talk much. I work very hard and get frustrated at not being able to just get up and go where I want. Mom will scoop me up and we'll go outside or hang out in the sling until I'm calmed down. I'm getting better at sitting supported so I've started riding in the jogging stroller more too and love that as long as we're moving.
